1) Return Window & Eligibility
• You may request a return within 90 days from the date you receive your order.
• Items must be returned in the same condition you received them: unused, with all accessories, and in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required.

2) How to Start a Return (RMA)
To initiate a return, please contact us at comfortsoma2@gmail.com with:
• Your order number
• The reason for the return
• Photos if the item is damaged or defective
If your return is approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with instructions.

Return address: The return address will be provided in the country of origin of the product once your return is approved.

3) Condition of Returned Items
• Items must be unused and in resalable condition.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, products showing signs of use on the skin, incomplete items, or missing parts may be rejected or partially refunded at our discretion.
• Bundles, sets, or free gifts included with the order must be returned together. If a gift is not returned, its retail value may be deducted from the refund.

• For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
